Our working policy is based on contingent hire where it is not retained search like most firms.

Our two types of hiring:

  1. Contingent permanent hire where it not retained search where you have to pay a fee immediately. You only pay when a candidate is placed for permanent staffing where we also have 3 months guarantee period. Should things not work out for the first candidate, we will provide a replacement free of charge for this candidate or future ones.
  2. Temp and contract staffing: While working with our top back office payroll providers such as People2.0 in Canada and in the US, we will to assign you our employees to work at your site. We will then charge you a markup when we bill you on the hourly rate of the employees. Our back-office payroll providers will take care of their payroll, compliance, insurance for the candidates. We make it easier for the client for the temp workers.
